Cookie Policy

The website www.bandbladimora.com uses cookies to offer its services simply and efficiently to Users when consulting its pages.
This information applies only to the above-mentioned Site and its related second and third level domains and not to any other sites that may be consulted through links. By using this Site you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy. If you do not consent to our use of cookies, you must set your browser accordingly or not use this Site or the corresponding second and third level domains. 1. What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to his/her terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites the next time the same user visits. While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies on his terminal equipment that are sent by different sites or web servers (so-called “third parties”), on which some elements (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the site he is visiting may reside.
Cookies, which are usually present in users' browsers in very large numbers and sometimes even with characteristics of wide temporal persistence, are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, session monitoring, storing information on specific configurations concerning users accessing the server, etc.

2. What are the main types of Cookies?

In this regard, and for the purposes of this provision, two macro-categories are therefore identified: “technical” cookies and “profiling” cookies.

a. Technical cookies.

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such a service” (cf. Art. 122(1) of the Privacy Code).
They are not used for any other purpose and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which ensure normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies where they are used directly by the website operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a set of selected criteria (e.g. language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same. Users' prior consent is not required for the installation of such cookies.

b. Profiling cookies.

Profiling cookies are aimed at creating user profiles and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the web. Because of the particular invasiveness that such devices may have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation provides that the user must be adequately informed about their use and thus express his valid consent. They are referred to in Article 122 of the Privacy Code where it provides that “the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contracting party or user or access to information already stored is permitted only on condition that the contracting party or user has given his or her consent after having been informed in the simplified manner set out in Article 13 of the Privacy Code, paragraph 3'. .

Session and Persistent Cookies

Session Cookies, which contain the information that is used in your current browser session. These cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. Nothing is stored on your computer beyond the time you use the site (ASP.NET_SessionId and language).

Persistent Cookies (ASPXANONYMOUS type), which are used to retain information that is used in between visits to the website, or used for technical purposes and to improve website navigation. This data allows sites to recognise that you are a known user or visitor and adapt accordingly. Persistent“ cookies have a duration that is set by the website and can vary from a few minutes to several years.

First-party and third-party cookies

That is, it is necessary to take into account the different entity that installs cookies on the user's terminal, depending on whether it is the same operator of the site that the user is visiting (which can be briefly referred to as the “publisher”) or a different site that installs cookies through the former (so-called “third parties”).

First-party cookies, created and readable by the site that created them.

Third-party cookies, which are created and readable from domains outside the site and whose data are stored at the third party.

The advertisements on our site are provided by third party organisations. Our advertising partners will provide advertisements that are deemed to be of interest to you, based on information collected as a result of your visits to this and other websites.
